All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Service First Uniforms Online and returned, prepaid, to Service FirstUniforms Online or where designated by Service First Uniforms Online within 30 days of purchase with an invoice or r/a copy if provided. Upon inspection, credit will be issued at our discretion, less a 10% to 20 % restocking fee determined by manufacture and return shipping costs back to manufacture. Shipping charges are not refundable.
No returns on items that are used, worn, altered, hemmed, dirty, laundered, embroidered, screen printed, or otherwise appear less than new. Be sure to try shoes on a clean, dry surface. All original tags must be attached to the items and returned in original packaging. Other than defects or goods that have been shipped in error, no other warranty is either expressed or implied, including no guarantee of fitness for a particular use or purpose. We accept most major credit cards and terms available to rated groups.
